Today I found a relatively new web site (started in June) that reviews electric bikes and developments in the industry: ElectricBikeReport.com. Aside from frequent articles, the web site includes a section on electric cargo bikes. At this point, the site is a little rough – maybe half-way between a hobbyist blog and a professional site, [...] The statistics for this blog are another encouraging sign for cargo biking (as well as my own efforts to spread the word). On a good day, nearly 100 people visit MyCargoBike.net. Given the language, it’s not surprising that most of my readers are from the U.S., but we’re only 2 weeks into June, and visitors [...] I’ve been debating for weeks whether I should include any mention of the Gulf oil spill in this blog. On the one hand, my desire to minimize our impact on the environment is a major motivation for my cargo biking activities.
